If you wish to make any changes to your registration online, including updating your personal information, the organs or tissues you wish to donate, the purpose(s) of your donation, or to remove yourself from the Registry, your registration information must include/be updated to include an email address for confirmation purposes. If you are unable to provide an email address and you wish to make changes to your registration information, you may do so by downloading, completing and submitting the paper form. Confirmation of updates made by paper forms will be sent by US Mail.
